Service Unavailable in Certain Regions
Pedex is committed to complying with all applicable international sanctions and regulations. As a result, we are unable to provide services to users located in certain countries and regions.
Our Commitment to Compliance
Pedex operates in accordance with international laws and regulations, including sanctions programs administered by:
- United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) - Administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions
- United Nations Security Council (UNSC) - Issues international sanctions resolutions
- European Union (EU) Council - Implements EU sanctions and restrictive measures
- United Kingdom (UK) Treasury - Enforces UK-specific sanctions regimes

Note: If you are using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymization service that routes your traffic through a restricted region, you may be unable to access our services even if you are physically located in an allowed jurisdiction.

If you are located in a restricted region, you will not be able to:
- Create an account on the Pedex platform
- Access investment opportunities
- Execute transactions or transfers
- Use any of our financial services

If you are not located in a restricted region but are seeing a restriction message, this may be due to:
- Use of a VPN or proxy service routing through a restricted region
- Incorrect IP geolocation data
- Network configuration issues

- Refresh the page or restart your browser

Future Changes
This list of restricted regions is subject to change based on evolving international sanctions regimes and regulatory requirements. We continuously monitor sanctions programs and update our compliance measures accordingly.
Users in currently unrestricted regions may find services unavailable in the future if new sanctions are imposed. Similarly, restrictions may be lifted if sanctions are removed.
