Wallet Overview
Your Pedex wallet consists of two separate accounts designed for different purposes:
Capital Wallet
Used for making investments and purchasing assets. Funds here are ready to be deployed.
Earnings Wallet
Automatically receives dividends and earnings from your investments.
How to Deposit Funds
- Navigate to your wallet - Click on "Wallet" in the main navigation
- Click "Deposit" on your Earnings wallet card
- Choose payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe) - Instant, small fee
- External Wallet - Connect Web3 wallet, network fees apply
- Direct Transfer - Send crypto to generated address
- Enter amount - Minimum $10 USDC
- Complete payment - Follow the payment flow for your chosen method
How to Withdraw Funds
- Click "Withdraw" on your Earnings wallet
- Enter withdrawal details:
- Amount to withdraw
- Destination wallet address
- Network/chain to use
- Review fees and confirmation time
- Complete 2FA verification - Required for withdrawals over $1,000
- Confirm transaction - Review all details carefully
- Wait for processing - Typically 5-30 minutes depending on network

Platform Fee
0.5% on withdrawals (min $5)
Network Fee
Variable based on blockchain congestion
Card Processing
2.9% + $0.30 for card deposits
All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

Always use two-factor authentication for withdrawals
- Whitelist addresses
Pre-approve withdrawal addresses for added security
- Verify transactions
Always review transaction details before confirming
- Monitor activity

Common Issues
Transaction is pending for a long time
Blockchain transactions can take longer during network congestion. Check the transaction status tracker for confirmation progress.
Withdrawal limit reached
Your KYC tier determines daily and monthly limits. Upgrade your KYC tier in settings to increase limits.
Deposit not showing in wallet
Deposits require blockchain confirmation. Check the pending operations queue to track your deposit status.
